By downloading or using Sleepy Spell, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Sleepy Spell is a mobile application that generates personalized bedtime stories for children using on-device artificial intelligence. The app includes story generation, text-to-speech narration, and a story library.

3. User Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to download and manage the app. The app is designed for children ages 3-8 under parental supervision. You are responsible for determining the appropriateness of content for your child.

4. AI-Generated Content

Stories are generated by on-device AI. While we implement content safety measures including input sanitization, output filtering, and prompt engineering, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We encourage parents to review stories. Sleepy Spell is not responsible for AI-generated content.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The free tier includes 5 stories. Premium unlocks unlimited stories via in-app purchase ($5.99/month or $39.99/year). Subscriptions are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Cancellation and refund policies follow Apple App Store guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sleepy Spell app, design, and technology are proprietary. AI-generated stories created for you are yours to keep and use personally. You may not redistribute or commercialize generated stories.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sleepy Spell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs our data practices. Please review it separately.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
